Tim and Mandy Mulloy were in a diner on a visit to New York when Tim realised that he wanted to open a bistro just like it. When the Pantry came on the market he did not waste any time.

After lavishing a bit of love and attention on the place he opened up for business.
He says the best thing is that instead of the staff being tucked away in a kitchen they can interact with customers in a busy, vibrant atmosphere.

Customers have no problem dropping in on their own because they do not feel like they are occupying a whole table seated in the bar area.

People from all walks of life come to the Pantry and Tim has made a lot of really good friends here.
